We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If your product did not get to you in full working order, brand new, or, exactly as described on our website you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of the item's arrival to you based on our shared shipping tracking number. We usually ask for pictures of damage or malfunction so that we can handle it and fix any possible future problems for you and other loyal customers.

 

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks upon arrival to ensure it is exactly as described.

 

If you are not satisfied with our products for any other reason please feel free to contact us with your concerns. We work hard to design quality products and want you to be completely satisfied. We love your trust and loyalty and will work hard to make things right whenever possible.
